TAI CHI IN THE PARK
BEGINS MONDAY, JUNE 1st.
IN DENMARK
The Taoist Tai Chi Society will start its third season of demonstrations and instruction in this
gentle, healing art on June 1st and every subsequent Monday morning from 9:00 - 10:30 A.M. throughout the summer in the lovely Denmark Bicentennial Park, located in the Lower Village
on Route 160. Those interested in participating need only bring bug spray (not usually needed), drinking water and a willingness to learn to move quite differently than usual. In the event of rain,
instruction will be held in the pavilion at the Denmark Park.
Taoist Tai Chi is an ancient discipline focused on directing movements of the body to enhance flexibility, suppleness, strength and balance. Individuals of all ages are urged to participate in this very pleasant, fun, and beneficial program offered at no charge to all who wish to learn how to "health themselves".
